Q1. If you are appointed as new HR Manager in the large company. Explain what steps will you take to promote goodwill, harmony, and productivity of the company?

Q2. Explain what is retrenchment and state how do you advice your company which is planning to conduct a retrenchment.

Project Paper - Guidelines

The below is the listing for Mr Calton's practice on the project paper - if u choose Mr Calton as the advisor.

1. no need to meet with Mr Calton.
2. post/courier your project paper to Mr Calton's house.
3. Mr Calton will check and call you to guide u about the mistake or things need to be amended and added.
4. After amended, post/courier to Mr Calton again, and let him check.
5. Normally after 2nd checked, the project paper might able to be submitted to MIHRM, therefore, Mr Calton will advise on that.
6. RM50 for MIHRM to bind the project paper, please submit 2 sets of the paper to MIHRM.
